You can read personal reviews
If you click on price it should bring up different rates from different sites/also worth looking at official site of accomodation to see their personal rates and asking if they have any special offers via e-mail if you are keen on a particular place.
Make sure you check the tab "Speciality Lodging" which includes hostels
