Do fans really care about brilliant training facilities?

Really think most supporters want to see the best possible 11 out on the pitch and a winning side. Most would prefer funds directed towards that. It was the goal McNally/Lambert focussed on. The more successful you are the better youth prospects you can recruit like we did under McNally with Godfrey and Maddison. Also pretty sure Aarons and Lewis joined us at that point in time. Who has Webber signed at youth level that's gone for big money?

I think Webber's attempting to talk up his achievements on the facilities side of things but ultimately he should always be judged on the field performances above all else. Something he's failed at for the last 2 seasons.
