Thank Chase for buying that bit of land, you're having a laugh!! If it hadn't been for his financial mismanagement of the club we wouldn't be in such a dire financial situation at this moment in time. He nearly ruined our club and it just so happened that the land is helping to repay some of the debt that he left the club with. There is little to thank Chase for except leaving.
