Luton Town in quite a predicament
Kenilworth Road will need £10m of upgrades to meet Premier League standards but they're also in the process of preparing to move away to a new stadium.
Suppose £10m isn't that much but a lot to spend for probably 1 season on a ground which probably will only be used for 3/4 more seasons in total.
