Someone on here posted that like a fish, organisations rot from the head. Having been so big on culture, the culture of our club is rotten from top to bottom, and it now pervades the team. Nobody in their right mind (who is any good) would want to get involved in this car crash.
I have no idea what is required. Sack Webber? Wagner? Delia out? Whole new squad? Possibly all of the above. Honestly, no f**king clue. But it seems clear to me that as it stands we are well on target to plummet straight through to League One, and any one who thinks this isn't a very real possibility (hello Zoe) is f**king delusional.
