In the 2021/22 accounts I'm looking at they don't say key management personnel or that £2.6m number. It just has director's emoluments. Your estimate for Zoe Webber looks bang on though. £177k for 3.5months is £600k for the year.
On that basis I'll back your other estimates. 👏👏👏
