The two players who appear to have 'grown' the most since he arrived are Hernandez and Sara, which is interesting.
What impressed me most about the walkabout video at Colney was the way he was able to offer Sara a language he understood.
If players want out, we owe Wagner the chance to build as Farke did, with players who buy into his methods.
