I'd still prefer to have a bit more cash to spend.

The prem for any length of time will unfortunately not happen with Delia and Michael as owners. I know enough harp on about Fulham spending 100 mill and getting relegated but all things being equal you stand a much better chance if the owners can afford to invest more.
