Wish people would realise this kind of thing more often than not

The expectation on a manager is ridiculous. They can't turn terrible or average players into amazing ones, certainly not very often anyway.

Was not a fan of Smith, mainly because he didn't engage with fans. His team was clearly never good enough, but that was not down to him.
