Imagine you had the money to buy the club but.....

What would you change about the way NCFC is run?

Me personally I honestly wouldn't change much at all as I think it's a pretty well-run club.
I think the self sufficiency model is a decent one to stop running up huge debts.
(which I think will reap the rewards as more clubs go bust/point deductions)

You have to accept there will be lean times where the pipeline of talent just dries up for a bit.

The only thing I am not a fan of in recent seasons is the defensive nature of the club in certain spots regarding fans opinions and also the agenda of blaming fans when the product on the pitch has been poor.
The club is a business, and the fans are your customers.
Fucking loyal ones too, through good and bad runs.
I would knock that right on the head and make it crystal clear to everyone that's unacceptable.
