You say you don't like streaming but you're basically asking how to create your own local
service restricted purely to the music you own.
Went down this path myself a few years ago but found myself more and more using commercial streaming services such as Qobuz and Tidal which stream CD quality. Downside is that they may not have all the music you own but the upside is that it allows you to listen wherever you are and provides opportunity to check out new artists at no extra cost (you can buy the CDs later if that really is your thing.
The crunch came when the device I had digitised all my CDs to crashed. Lost the lot so also factor in backing up whatever device you end up using.
