with an exciting battle to secure 12th or 13th place every season, as Norwich we would have to do it with 11 players at the level Aarons is, plus one or two gems like an Emi or an early Maddison to make those around them better.

We all know that those gems will get sold fairly quickly, and so we will never have a squad full of them.
