Yesterday I was somewhat frustrated by his jogging around and lack of urgency

Compare to Sargent who came on and started getting right in their faces.

He does not look good out wide and needs to play through the middle.

I'm sorry but it should be Sarge or Idah up top which gives us the option of going long quicker or knocking it over the top to quick winger. Exactly what we needed to do yesterday when we couldn't break them down by passing through them.
