A v bad 15 min spell starting in the build up to their goal. Beyond that, Sunderland deserve credit for defending very well, and we didn’t have the quality to break them down. I don’t think it’s news that this squad lacks someone that can unlock a well drilled defence. Except the Buendia era, that’s championship football for you.

I don’t think the line up was right first half, Idah offered very little, but wagner must be learning a lot about his squad.

Fingers crossed Aarons and Hernandez are ok for the game midweek.
