Cut them out and go straight to Smart Fone Store UK.
My last backmarket phone came from them and wasn't what I ordered so I returned it. Dealing with backmarket was hard work and very slow. Just a succession of silly fluffy messages and vague answers.
In the end I called Smartfone store directly. They apologised profusely and sent me a free upgrade to a mint condition Sony Xperia 1 iii which I only paid £365 for and it arrived next morning.
The guy at Smartfone said selling through backmarket was hard work as all the communications come via backmarket and it adds a layer of hassle and miscommunication when there's a problem.
The phone is the absolute dogs bollocks. I am a Sony man from this point on.
