Great to see us getting to the byline and putting it across. We didn’t do that under smith, and not did we under farke beyond the first 2 seasons.

Looking back, cantwell made himself one of the first names on the team sheet at Hernandez’s expense in 19/20. However, Buendia, stieperman and cantwell wasn’t as well balanced as Buendia, stieperman and Hernandez. He never really got much of a look in after that.

Am I remembering right that it was some kind of freak injury that saw him miss the start of that season?

Regardless, great to have him back playing so well, and also NCFC playing in a fashion that suits him (and many others) so much better.
