I’m not sure the Man U fans buying tickets for one game is the main problem

It may be part of it but I suspect the numbers are quite small.

It’s mainly a supply a demand issue. We’ve had it for about 20 years now. People hang onto season tickets because it’s been really hard to buy casual tickets (or at least casual tickets in an area you want to sit or together it’s your mates). It’s basically been the only way you can guarantee getting into any game you want to go to.

Had we expanded the ground as we should have done the issue goes away.

Brentford will be trying to grow their fanbase here. They will be concerned that fans who can’t get tickets are being lost.

Mind you bet they don’t have the policy when they are back in the champ or league 1 playing in front of 10,000 again in the future.
