we need more when ahead so that’s a distinction he can make for himself in the squad. I’d say if I had any criticism it would be the offsides first half and wanting a few too many touches before shooting. Not worried about the latter because he’s shown he can shoot in sight earlier in his career. I’d put today down to nerves or lack of game time over the last few months or even years. I think that part will come with minutes.

He can improve movement somewhat but we’ve got one of the best run makers in the business so tough to compare him, but he can certainly learn from him while he’s still here!
