I'm not a massive expert but do like my rugby and would say

Ireland and France the two strongest teams and will probably finish as the top 2.

Behind that not a lot between England, Scotland and Wales so could finish in any order depending on results between them.

Italy have improved but hard to see who they can beat, maybe their home game v Wales their best chance.

I expect England and Wales to be much improved from the autumn but both are rebuilding so may be inconsistent.
