A work colleague's mate was told by someone who is high at the club, that Crook is coming as coach, Worthy is moving upstairs to be general manager (or something like that) and we are after Colchester manager.
If this person at the club did say it, then he should know as he definitely is well placed to receive info and is a club person that we all have heard of.
