Bought the home shirt for my son for Christmas

The emblem just to the right of the LOTUS is half missing. Club shop not responding to requests to resolve.
Has anyone else had the same problem?
Asking as if it’s common we’ll just live with it rather than replace it with one that might have the same problem.
