I was wondering about that aswell.

I thought the rules were that; a player needed to either be an international of one of the FIFA top 50 nations or be a player in the top league of the FIFA top 50 nations.

Trybull plays for Hannover reserves in regional league North. Hannover are Bundesliga 2. Trybull isn't a German international. I can't see how he qualifies. Seemingly, he does.

So, Webber recently said we can't sign players like Trybull. Now Blackburn have signed Trybul. Has Webber f**ked up yet again with transfer policy?
