Football should seriously ditch the penalty shoot out

And replace it with a better idea. Here's mine

Instead of extra time, you go into sudden death, in blocks of 10 minutes

At full time, each team has to remove a player, making it ten aside, then at 10 minutes in if theres no score, they should drop to 9 aside right down to 5 a side

Eventually as the numbers drop the pitch would get bigger and the chances would increase and would thus end the game in a better manner.

If a goal went in, it wouldn't be like golden goal, but you would play that block of ten minutes out, and would carry on till someone won

It would easily beat the lottery that is penalties
