Agreed.

Once its confirmed, two things need to happen.

- The fanbase need to get behind him 100%, and really turn up the noise at FCR. We will also need to bring a whole lot of patience, as turning around the s**t show he's going to inherit will take months at least, and possibly a season or more. This season is gone, and if we start to boo DW and his team for not delivering instant promotion, we'll just end up more f**ked.
- The club hierarchy need to stop the bunker mentality
blame the fans s**t immediately, and get back to clear communication including holding hands up like a responsible adult. This doesnt mean anyone needs to come out and say stuff like "yeah, Rashica is total s**t isnt he, my bad for signing him". I get that we can't diss the current squad that way, if we hope to get value when we move players on. But the Pravda/Animal Farm "you will be delighted to hear brothers" style bulls**t needs to stop. Yesterday.

If both of these happen, then we might have a chance of arresting the slide. If 2 doesnt happen, then any attempt to make 1 happen will flounder pretty quickly.
