And ditch going 4-3-3 by default and I think we'll start to get results.
Having 4-3-3 as a tactical *option* going into last year made sense.
Having it as our default is nuts. It doesn't allow us our best players on the pitch and it doesn't get the most out of the squad.
Baffling as to why we've bet the farm on it for a year and a half.
