Squad simply isnt good enough. We could have Alex Ferguson at his peak and he would struggle to keep us in the top 6. Defence is ok but need a new left back. We have no wide attacking threat and no number 10. Our midfield lacks any creativity. Our strikers are probably good enough but starved of service they are currently ineffective.
