and he's not experienced enough for you?! I have no particular axe to grind but I'll tell you this - Allan Russell is more articulate than any other City manager I can recall, and probably more articulate than anyone else currently in the Premier League and Championship. Communication is key in most things these days but absolutely essential in football. In that respect the guy has got it!
