The Schalke one in particular talks about a 4-4-2 which utilises a hard working striker & big man striker partnership which sounds rather made for Pukki and Sargent.
I think my biggest concern with him is that he does seem to unravel at every club he's been at for whatever reason. I don't think he's one I'd be overjoyed to see appointed.
But he's also not one I'd be absolutely distraught at either.
