What I was trying to say and failed was.....

He was an outsider compared to Neil Adams who was very much a club guy.
I really think the club needs a shake up, not a continuation of the current regime.
As an example, I think Andrew and JT are the future of this club at CB. Both are young and learning the game but may turn into great players.
We need an experienced coach who can mold such players.
