Yeah. Agree mostly. But....
... the last "fresh, hungry head coach with current ideas" was just as culpable for the decade's worth of decline as the "named manager with a so called track record".
There's plenty of blame to share around for our predicament and not all of it falls on Dean Smith's shoulders.
