Got to question the impact that Richard O'Kelly

has had on Smith's previous successes as a manager. Things went wrong for Smith at Villa after he left. What happened to O'Kelly at Villa also hints at a lack of loyalty from Smith. Appreciate I don't know all of the facts there though. A bit like Lambert without Culverhouse and Karsa.
