Class of 92 full time

Anyone else seen this? I fell into the trap of watching lots of them back to back last night.

It’s an interesting look behind the scenes at a small club. Couple of things that jumped out at me:

1 Gary Neville made some good points around wanting to be a club that has clear values, that managers need to be able to work without fear of being sacked. In particular it’s relevant to being able to attract future managers, as they might be more reluctant to come if they aren’t sure they’ll get time.

2 despite all that, they sacked the manager anyway, after 15 months. 4 managers in 2 years!

Anyway, in a Norwich context, while we’re 5th, I can appreciate the board are in a tricky position even if they think smith should go. If his objective is promotion, I doubt they can sack him until it’s clear that’s not going to happen under his stewardship. Yes, to anyone that says that’s already clearly not going to happen, but while 5th it’s awks.
