Not being Farke won't sack him.

Not winning games and playing poor football while not getting the best out of the squad will sack him.

IMHO he has had a decent shot in both the PL and Champs ( there has been probably 43 Watford managers since then!)

Currently It's clearly not working.

To be totally honest I will be delighted if we beat Luton, go on an incredible run and get promoted.
I will give him all the credit in the world.
