xM - (mustard) - 6 - lovely
xSOS (sage+onion stuffing) -8 - adds piquancy
xH (horseradish) - 9 - in we're having beef
xY (yorkshire pud) - 9 - not trad, but hey, it's Christmas!
xRC (red cabbage) - 8 - braised with apple and onion and lightly spiced - Delia recipe - never have it the rest of the year, but it's great
xC (carrots) - 0 - boiled carrots... meh, roasted might stretch to a 2
