It's just escalating the bad feeling.

To me, there is a huge lack of awareness going on here.

The financial director video is a classic case.

Another is weber slating the fans.

Another is Dean Smith slating the fans

How does this help the situation in anyway?

Also Dean Smith has no problem slating individual players for mistakes.
Farke was very good at protecting individual players and keeping a positive attitude.

The people at the club complain about negativity while spewing negativity.
