right now pretty much anyone would get the players motivation up.
a caretaker would likely improve our league position as the players might actually bust a gut. decent argument to be made for getting rid without a replacement.
We shouldnt need to - the last 6 weeks should have been spent identifying possible successors after the shambolic performances, but there you have it
