I like Webber, but Smiths appointment is bizarre

It's hard to be confident that Smith was the one we were after - and he must see the damage Smith's doing to what he (Webber) has built. Two huge decisions Webber has got wrong, getting rid of Farke and appointing Smith.I know mentioning Farke rubs a few up, but his failings in the Premier League were down to the quality we had (in my opinion) - not sure any manager would have kept us up.
