Or actually not gone backwards. Feels like we have a really un-Norwich manager. Not many AGM's ago they showed how the youngest in the academy all the way up to the 1st team played the same style of football and that was going to be our DNA going forward where any coach/manager would then just be looking to improve players - currently looks like our 1st ream are actively coached against that style now.
