My point is that Southgate’s England have performed above expectation. Not below.

We’ve made three semi finals, 24 and 28 years apart.

We’ve made one euro final ever.

Southgate has managed a World Cup semi final and a euro final. Really amazes me hearing people say we will never be successful with Southgate. We’ve been more successful with him than anybody other than Alf Ramsey.
