He's not useless at all

Well he wasn't when Worthy first started saying he wanted to sign him, in ooo about 1999.

Solid, decent, unspectacular but highly competent defender he was back then. Now he's probably all those things minus 2 or 3 years of attritional wear and tear, loss of pace etc etc.

Would've been good when first mooted, but not any more.
