Having done this for school trips before...
It's often easiest to go through the clubs themselves. Tour guides and operators aren't usually cheaper and the clubs are generally very efficient. We went to Madrid in September and we decided not to go to the Bernabeu as it's currently a bit of a building site, so we went to the Metropolitana instead. It was very good, the only thing lacking in comparison was the ridiculous Real museum.
