Maybe i termed that wrongly.....

but i find it very frustrating that other clubs are going to be snapping up all the best managers over the summer whilst we for some crazy reason known only to the board are sticking with NW for next season.

If he doesn't get it right i feel that we are screwed because all of the best managers will most likely have been snapped up by other clubs. It will be even more galling if they are other Championship clubs.
