He somehow has to do the one thing everyone has been crying out for for months and which I feel both Paddy (on the pinkun pod) and the ACN boys on their pod earlier this week and he has to do it immediately.

And that is somehow implementing an effective and visible attacking style almost immediately.

Paddy pointed out that he's finally got Hayden Sara and Nunez as his mid 3 albeit creaking a bit.

If he can't get them working he's toast.
I reckon stick Dowell in front of those 3 and go 4312
