The whole club feels a bit off, top to bottom
Chief Exec no longer invested, looking for a new challenge.
Manager/coaching staff don’t have a clear idea a of a system or we should play.
Recruitment now delivering more misses than hits.
Players look like individuals, not a team.
Bond between fans and club weaker now than past few years.
Feels like time for a reset and refresh.
