water pooring from the kitchen ceiling. again.

stupid bloody pipes. about a year ago, water started falling from the kitchen ceiling. So we have this cracked & falling down part of the ceiling. Good job we never got it fixed. Because my sister had a bath, and some part of the piping has broken or come apart. So we have water all over half the kitchen.
