Wrath advice please

First game a FCR since West Ham last May (shudder).
I tend to park at the Royal Mail Thorpe Road sorting office and back in May there were major road works on (I think) Thorpe Road with road closures and diversions.
Can someone tell me if these road works have now ceased please?
