There's a problem with investment companies coming into the care

Sector and providing the bare minimum (and this is adequate only when every pws is level in mood),levels of staffing and support for vulnerable people in care homes. My sister said something like this last Christmas but I'd worked earlier on Christmas day and didn't really take it in
