Hit a button when the ball goes out of play, free kick, injury stoppage or substitution.
(It would not stop the game)
This time would add up to the "True" stoppage time instead of the current bulls**t guessing done by the 4th official which is often pulled out of his/her arse.
This would stop time wasting as it achieves nothing.
