The second Sunderland one is tricky

Sunderland dude "put the brakes on" so Sarge would go in to the back of him.... which he duly did and that was the reason he went down. Sarge couldn't avoid it because of the pace they were running and how close he was to him. Sunderland player didn't dive but certainly created the foul with an unnatural deceleration. I'd be really annoyed if I was Sarge but I think on balance a foul is right. Needs to chase not directly behind him! 😂

You can't say that a player isn't allowed to slow down.
