At this time...
France is getting 13% energy from Germany, 2% from UK, 4% from Spain. 2.5% from Switzerland and sending 3.5% to Italy. This is while there is no wind energy in the UK. Normally more.
During the summer there is typically a flow of energy from UK to continental Europe. Typically during winter there is flow from Europe to the UK. Likely, not this winter though...
There will probably be a flow of energy from UK to EU because of the 2 massive LNG terminals in Wales. Port Talbot + Merthyr Tydfil?
Anyhow, I think France will do better than most this winter.
